December 29, 2022 I support this proposed rule change as a step towards a more level playing field, a legitimately free and fair market. To me the current market structure is rife with conflict of interest such as PFOF, wholesaling, dark pools, contract for difference, bonafide market making, rehypothecated stock lending, fail-to-delivers and the lack of level playing field between retail investors and hedge funds and/or large institutional investors do not instill in me the confidence or desire to invest my money into a system that is, for lack of a better phrase, rigged against retail investors. Bring us fair markets for all where anyone, no matter how big or small, can participate on an equal footing.
