Dec. 26, 2022
December 26, 2022 I'm just a Thirty-something individual investor. I own long stock in several business. I don't have the education and reading efficiency to comb through thousands of pages within the given time frame to comment. Hopefully this comment is relevant, and if not, my apologies. I don't believe it's ethical to sell something you don't own, and didn't legally borrow. I believe that failing to deliver an obligation is a big deal. I believe that market makers shouldn't make promises they are unable to keep, expecting someone else to clean up after them in the name of \"liquidity\"... If there's no liquidity, there's a reason, and that reason is people want what they paid for. I buy a house to live in, not because I want a highly liquid asset. Same goes for the businesses I invest in. The abusive naked short selling without locates, and with FTD'S should be illegal. I do not want to resell ANY of my businesses, and I am highly offended that someone has the ability to print fake shares of what I have paid to own, and is rightfully mine. Thank you for your consideration.
