I'm totally in agreement with rule S7-29-22. It's way overdue and needs to be enforce right away. The abuse Businesses and Retailers are receiving is staggering. Millions of Investors no longer trade because of the blatant corruption we see everyday. 90-95% of our order are routed to Market Makers Dark Pools so they can suppress buying power.
We're screaming for transparency and a even playing field.
