I cover the energy markets for Bloomberg, a financial information provider. We are interested in any potential change in filing requirements, such as the current request for comments on oil and gas reserve disclosures. The comment period ends Feb. 19. Can I assume any rule changes would not be binding on oil and gas producers any time in 2008? Thank you,
