To whom it may concern:
Something very bad has happened since this rule was removed. I am not saying it is the main cause, but I don't think removing it helped. It seems it was put in after the last Great Depression to prevent another one. Then you removed it, and well it's not looking good right now.
I am not guaranteeing putting it back would fix everything, but could someone please tell me what it would hurt to bring the Up-Tick Rule back?
