Dear Sirs
After the 29 market crash a number of rules were put in place to protect from an disorderly selling of stocks, to allow for an orderly fall in a stocks price, including banning naked shorting and the uptick rule.
Isn't it time to re-institute these rules which were removed last year?
If not whose interests are you serving, those of the investing public or just large hedge funds?
