SEC Regulators:
When the uptick rule is put back into effect it should have at least the effect as if we were still on the fractions cost of stock.
E.G. uptick of 1/8 = $.12. The new uptick should be at least $.10 or maybe $.15 to short.
I know the Bears will really scream but they have the option of making money long like the rest of us MUST.
PLEASE, PLEASE !!!!!!! The market will again be safe to buy and hold.My pension and IRA have been destroyed for the benefit of Bear raiders.
