I wish to submit my support of the proposed reinstatement of the "uptick rule".
I believe the practice of short selling as it stands has contributed greatly to the
downturn of our economy, particularly as it relates to so called Naked Short
Selling and "Failures to Deliver". The reinstatement of the "uptick rule" is a
very positive step in the right direction for our countries financial well being.
