Seriously! You are going after Ripple NOW after years of the company seeking regularity clarity. There is NO Way any purchaser of XRP thinks that it is a security! If I wanted a say in what Ripple does I would invest in the company. It fails the tests of a security. This lawsuit is absurd. Every other significant country has deemed XRP a currency. You missed that window about six years ago...At least you are granting a 5 year window for the exchanges so consider this my "comment".
