I write to encourage the SEC to include securities industry attorneys in the additional category of accredited investors. As a securities litigator myself, I am intimately familiar with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. As part of my regular job, I investigate and bring suit where there is wrongdoing in the securities industry. Securities attorneys possess the requisite skill set to qualify as accredited investors. Kindly consider including us in the new definition.
