I would like you to strongly consider opening up private placements to individual investors that have the knowledge and experience to participate in the private capital markets. Considering the vast knowledge gained from the internet, the investor need not be subject to income prerequisites. Crowdfunding regulations exist (Reg CF), and investing in private companies listed herein require the same investigative effort as the effort required to invest in Reg D listed companies. Personally I have a wealth of knowledge investing in the Natural Resource sector. The opportunity to invest in private placements herein would most definitely boost my portfolio gains. Referencing the above mentioned 'vast knowledge', pool of information, I need only look no further than Sprott Global, Palisades Global, or Early Investing as examples with excellent educational material. Company websites too, provide critical information. In conclusion, resources, educating oneself, and timely information, not simply $ net holdings provide resources to increase the odds of successful investing.
