Good Morning, I am in agreement with the amendment to the current Accredited Investor definition. I'm curious if the SEC would impose barriers based on years within the finance industry. As an example, I'm currently employed in a family office and support quarterly reporting on all investments. I have insight in countless private placement offerings and will continue working in this environment for at least another five years. How would the application process work? Would references be needed as proof of working within the industry? I'm interested in private offerings, but income is not $200k annual yet. Thanks! Timo Muro.
