We were fortunate to have reliable convertible debenture lenders like Power Up providing capital, which was essential to the survival and advancement of our company to date. Though borrowing money is always accompanied by responsibilities on the part of the borrower, potentially losing this valuable financing tool would mean the death sentence to certain companies. Thanks to the availability of convertible debentures, we have progressed to the current stage where we now have access to mainstream funding opportunities.
