It's obvious that the SEC is not out to protect investors one iota they're obviously out for their own self-interest and trying to get money from society and an illegal taxation of entities that they have no business being involved in. It's a disgusting world we live in when the SEC is allowed to punish society and lie to people in a fashion that's almost communist. The SEC is just atrocious. You can't make up laws and try and swe companies for no reason but then SEC seems to do that.
As a minor investor I think the SEC is no compass mentis. Hopefully this doesn't continue in the future because we're heading no scratch that we are at socialism and the SEC wants to bring us into communism.
