I use leveraged and inverse funds as a complement to my overall investing strategy. The concepts and strategies are not that difficult to understand and apply. I do not need a third party to approve or to evaluate my ability to use them.
This is a dangerous precedent that could be expanded to other securities. This is an unnecessary regulation that would limit my freedom to invest as I choose.
