Hello - The ability to trade leveraged and inverse funds is extremely important to me and my fellow traders. It allows me to both protect my portfolio (as has been very evident from the recent COVID related downturn) and also allowing me to seek enhanced returns. I fully understand the these instruments and the way they behave in rising and falling markets. I would definitely not like a third-party evaluating my capability to trade these instruments which in turn might restrict my ability to trade them. Trading these instruments is an important and crucial part of my daily livelihood. Please preserve things as they are. We do not need additional limitations or supervision. Thank you very much
