Being able to self determine a purchase and when to make it, is part of a Free enterprise Posting regulations and restrictions that are burdensome which would make a, required to participate condition to invest in any fund of choice, is disallowing an investment opportunity to me as an individual. Requiring a precondition to be in play, which some may not be able to arrange in order to make a timely investment, is restrictive and gives to much control over to the SEC. One's ability to choose leveraged and inverse funds as an investment should be left unchanged. Investing in these funds if appropriate for a portfolio, should be done freely.
