I oppose these proposed new regulations under which investors would be required to provide extensive personal financial and other information to their broker or adviser, who will use this information to determine if they will be allowed to buy leveraged and inverse funds.

Leveraged and inverse funds are an important part of my diverse investment portfolio. I am capable of understanding the risks of these funds. The alerts received thru my broker are sufficient to direct me to consider these risks for myself. Please preserve the long-standing free public markets where all investors have freedom to buy securities without government imposed limitations.
