I have invested in leveraged and inverse funds. I paid good deals of my education fees but also got lot of benefit from these funds. I do believe that leveraged funds should be allowed. As investors, you always face risks. Risk should not be the base for prohibiting such investment options, as long as the there is fair information available for investors and there are no manipulations by few.
