I have been investing in Pro Shares and Direcxion leveraged ETF for a few years now and it enables me to maintain an healthy balance in my portfolio.
Without the leveraged and inverse funds I suspect I would not be in the current position I am in .
Please reconsider your proposal and allow small quzlified investors to utilize these funds.
