The proposed rule is against the interest of the Investors. Investment decisions be better left to the investors based on the disclosure made by the funds. There are enough safeguards in the form of margin requirements by the exchange to prevent over risk taking by the investor.
I oppose the proposed rule and term it as not in the interest of the investors.
