As an individual/independent investor it is important for us to invest in these so called leveraged/inverse funds without much further scrutiny/restrictions based on our personal financial information as the most important part of this investment decision is have sound/thorough knowledge of these funds in terms of their operations, objective, multiplied returns, risk etc. Having the financial ability alone does not qualify as it increases risk of investment and adding volatility to the funds market valuation.
