It is insulting and against our capitalistic freedoms to insinuate that people investing in the market do not understand what they are investing in. It states the information and nature of these LI funds in the description of the fund.
I monitor my account daily as is recommended by such trusts. It states clearly that it is not meant for long term holding.
It should be up to the brokerage firm to decide based on trading activity, whether an individual is capable of managing the risks.
