I am an individual retail stock investor/trader. I use, when appropriate, leveraged and/or inverse trade positions to maximize performance within my accounts, and with regular success I might add. Your proposal seems to be a solution in search of a problem. I request you drop that proposal so that I may be able to use these tools and enable me to have a more equal footing with the Wall Street giants.
