I have used ETF's for 3 years. Their is risk, but it is up to the owner of the account/funds to exercise due diligence when doing any investing.
Additional efforts to oversee my investments is not necessary. Please do not adopt the additional
regulations. I am capable of understanding and evaluating risk.
