My comment is in regards to the proposed rule changes for leveraged and inverse funds. I fully understand the rules, pros and cons of the current inverse offerings. As an American I value freedom in my investment choices. These type of offerings, I view as a way to help balance a portfolio in a lopsided market with no real reason for a bull. You want socialized markets and socialized medicine? There is a big difference between positive health influence and the influx of stock market outcomes. Please keep the American free to make our own market decisions.
