I have been an active investor in the stock market for over a year now. I completely understand how inverse and leveraged ETF work. Inverse ETF are an important tool for those of us who are working in an IRA account where we can not short stocks.
Let the market determine what products should be offered. The Government almost always makes things worse and screws stuff up.
Do not restrict investors use of Inverse and Leveraged ETF.
