Leveraged and inverse funds are a way to enhance and protect my portfolio against market downfalls, and they are very important to me. I am capable of understanding their performance characteristics and I dont want a third party to evaluate my capability. I want to preserve the the free public markets where I have the the freedom to make my own trade.
