I am a 61 year old getting ready for retirement. I use leveraged funds to minimize my at risk capital. These funds, with a small commitment, allow me at attain the necessary market exposure with the least (risk) capital commitment in this low interest rate environment and augment the great majority of my portfolio committed to (safe) income producing bonds and treasuries
