Leveraged and inverse funds are, in fact, an important part of my investment strategy
I understand how to make my personal investment decisions using these types of funds. In addition, I don't want a third party evaluating my competence to do so. The thought that some third party , especially some government entitiy, could infringe on my right to make these investment decisions is abhorrent to me. Stay out of this, BIG BROTHER
