I urge the SEC to not place anymore restrictions on trading in leveraged funds than already exists. I believe this is sufficient control as is. The people who trade these types of funds should be well aware of the risks. If not, they will learn the first time they lose money. These types of funds provide a valuable tool to manage risk that would be very hard to duplicate for the average investor. Please leave the rules as is.
