SEC - please do not limit investors the ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. If it was not for these I would not have been able to retire well before age 60. It has a purpose in investments and has served a purpose for me. I would recommend every investor in their 20's to invest long in a leveraged index fund for the long-term as there has never been a 15 consecutive year period with a loss so it is only prudent for a young person to invest this way with a focus on the distant future.
