I am so disappointed that Leveraged ETFs may be restricted unnecessarily forcing investors, such as I, to risk more capital when protecting long term investments in ones portfolios. I am already restricted from investing in MLPs by my employer governed 401k. Seems the only investments I am allowed to freely invest in are individual stocks such as Worldcom, Lucent Technologies and Pets.com. I have been investing since I was a teenager in Stocks and Options including multiple leg Iron Condors and the like. I don't need anyone deciding for me what is appropriate. If learning and studying markets are not free, then bring back Pensions so the average worker like me (Airline Capt., Winery Owner, Vineyard Owner and previous Realtor and Construction Worker) can have someone else build a retirement for me.
