I am a small time investor in the stock market. I enjoy being able to control my portfolio on my own. I like to own shares in a fund that is capable of leveraging the market when it goes down in order to protect my portfolio. I do resent having a third party evaluating my capability to use these types of funds. I want to keep in tact the long standing freedom of public markets to buy public securities without additional government imposed limitations on my choice to buy them. I am totally against this proposed SEC Rule # s7-24-15.
