Leveraged and Inverse funds are important to me as an investor. I am fully capable of understanding them and I don't need or want a 3rd party evaluating my capability do do so. I urge you to drop these proposed regulations and let me and my trusted advisors handle my investment portfolio without further government-imposed limitations on my choices.
