I have been investing with Proshares and Profunds for several years. I clearly understand the risks involved, but it is easier that buy stocks on margin while yielding similar results without fear of a margin call. I feel that Proshares and Profunds do a good job of spelling out the risks associated with their offerings, and don't see the need for a greater number of new regulations.
