I do not see any reason to restrict access by all individuals to leveraged or inverse securities such as SQQQ and TQQQ. There are in fact similar mutual funds that represent even more risk as they may be exchanged at only end of day prices. These securities allow you to hedge your risk of being long other stocks and reduce overall risk. Any such restrictions should never be effected.
