I completely understand the risks of purchasing leveraged funds. Leveraged funds are high risk, and it makes a small part of my portfolio. I value leveraged funds in my portfolio. I make my own money with my own time and energy, and don't need a third party intervening and telling me how I should invest/use it. It is my decision how much risk to take.
