I think the SEC proposal is unfair. People that invest in these funds are usually aware of how they work and the risks involved. People not knowledgeable of these funds never invest in them to start with. The amount of information require to invest in these funds under the SEC proposal is unfair and unnecessary, and an invasion of privacy in my opinion.
