Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hi there, I understand the risks to buying leveraged inverse funds. As a DYI investor, I actively monitor my position and pay attention to the market. I would not consider myself to be different from my peers who purchase regular ETF options available. Like all investments, there are risks and rewards.
