Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Being that risk management is something I find myself focusing on extremely, I don’t feel as though the ability to trade these funds should be taken from me. I am up from market open, and continuously watching until the market closes to ensure profits are taken and losses are minimized.
