Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I fully understand the risks associated with L&I funds which is why I invested a small percentage of my balance/portfolio 5-10% into it. I have held the one bear fund for around 2 years since my experience in the market has spanned over 20 years. I knew the market had some signals of being overbought. So, it was bought as a hedge for large downturns. This way it would not expire like a naked put option. I monitor my investments daily, several times a day, and always have since before the dot-com crash. My job allows me to do so being in the mortgage industry. The brokerage firm should not be allowed to decide & monitor my risk. My overall financial situation is excellent as I have years of monthly housing & typical spending available from money in external regular savings accounts.
