Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am writing today to oppose any restrictions on trading leveraged ETFs. Leveraged ETFs can provide portfolio performance at a time when interest rates are at an all-time low. These leveraged ETFs often track indexes or specific sectors providing diversification. When compared to individual stocks or even stock options leveraged ETFs are less risky. I urge you not to pass any additional restrictions on leveraged ETFs and allow the individual investor to prosper from this type of investment vehicle. In a free market environment.
