Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: If the risks are known to the investor the investment should be allowed. This type of investment allows an average investor to engage in a trading strategy that usually requires millions of dollars to execute. It allows the average investor to take on risks in a portion of their portfolio that is used for risky investments. Regards, Phillip DeBoalt
