Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I feel it is the right of a responsible investor to have leveraged and inverse funds as a potential option. It is great for someone like me who doesn't have time to make that happen without using one of these funds. I understand the risks associated and feel very strongly that I should be allowed to take this investment risk when I choose to do so. Regards, Timothy Hebel
