Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am a small investor and older person who pretty much just does my stock investing through my IRA and have used the Inverse funds If you take this away you are removing the only SAFE means I know to profit if the market goes down in this ridiculously overpriced current stock market. I am guessing the big banks floated this out to make this only a one way up market to eternity You have to be kidding me ! Please kill this proposal immediately and allow small investors to profit in either market direction SAFELY using this vehicle I value these funds and opportunity - The 1X funds are as safe as any other long stock index in my opinion - it is all spelled out in the prospectus Please don't hinder the small Retail Investor The deck is already stacked against us heavily Regards, Kenneth Newhouse
