Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I strongly disagree with the proposed regulations that would make it difficult for average investors qualify to purchase leveraged and inverse funds. I manage my own investment portfolio, they are my earned investments, and I should have unhindered right to manage my own funds. Please consider this. Regards, Thomas McInerney
