Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please just see that all investors are properly informed by very clear, relatively short communications as to the basic concerns about leveraged & inverse funds. You should not deprive some investors of using these investments just because others fail to allow themselves to be informed. Regards, Reynolds Clodfelter
