Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am writing to let you know that I am capable of making my own decisions about investing in leveraged and inverse funds without jumping through additional hoops to "qualify" to buy them. I understand the risks and take them for the increased returns. And if some bureaucrat does determine that I "qualify," I don't want to have to change brokers because the government has made the option so burdensome for brokerage houses to offer, that my broker decides it's not worth the extra work carry the funds. More government control and limiting investor choice is not what this country needs right now. Let us make our own decisions and learn from the results. You don't know my situation, so don't think you know what's best for me because you don't. Regards, Chris Iannuzzi
