Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

To Fund Oversite Committee 

It should be my right to make a decision as to whether I want to use leveraged funds and not the Federal Government. Let me on my own make the decision without burdensome task of doing a financial statement to be reviewed by the Federal Government.
